«Long Stay 1 month minimum» rate: 2 persons in T1 and T2// 3 persons max in T3
Tourist tax extra: €4.02/day/adult extra (unless contract with a local company)

Deposit: 300€ - Any deterioration must be reported during the stay
Payment in advance: not later than the 1st of each month
All extra drinks (bar/breakfast): on-site payment
Use of common equipments only for residents (under authorisation for accompanying persons)
Contradictory inventory will be done on arrival and departure
Parties/events are not allowed. Rest of other residents must be respected
It is the tenant’s responsibility to clean the kitchenette and take out their garbage cans
Animal supplement: 50€/week
Cleaning at the end of stay: 60 €
